Hypochondriac Thinking

"I have a pain in the sternum repeated, certainly suffer from heart even if doctors tell me that all the tests are negative"

We believe that we have some serious illness that no doctor is able to diagnose. All the sensations of our body we perceive them heightened and we confirm us in our fear of being sick. Often this means that we force ourselves to very restrictive diets and undergo frequent visits and medical examinations expensive and invasive but it does not reassure us.

These thoughts, however, there appear realistic and this often leads to a strong resistance to seek psychological help.
