Delusional Thought

"There is an international conspiracy against me and none of my friends and family want to believe me"

They are not thoughts related to the fact that, however, they appear to be entirely realistic. Sometimes they are accompanied by perceptions of voices that speak to us as if they came from outside or from images that appear to us equally real. This kind of thinking is associated with a very severe anxiety and inability to carry out normal daily activities.

The most frequent contents are related to guilt and self-devaluation in bipolar disorder and major depression; to the feeling of being the victim of a conspiracy, as in paranoid personality disorder, or to religious themes or science fiction in acute and chronic psychosis.
